Living in a rented house with a small garage was not ideal, so I sent off my pencil drawn plans for a primitive boxing stand to a mate who owned an engineering business.</div><div>That was over 35 years ago and to this day my Boxing Training Stand is still used 3 to 4 times a week! Now at 57 years old and adding a boxing timer to my iphone, my 2 minute rounds are still as challenging and satisfying as when I first started.
